Speaking at the event, Governor Abbasov expressed his gratitude to Türkiye and TİKA for supporting the cultural and artistic education of children in the region.

TİKA Baku Coordinator Hayrettin Özçelik stated, “As TİKA, we implement impactful projects across all regions of Azerbaijan. Today, we are delighted to share the joy of these talented children here in Dashkasan, a district bordering Armenia.”
